There are very few books like this for children. I have worked with children in a therapeutic/teaching capacity and I feel this workbook can help children to understand and talk about their emotions which is most necessary. The author does an excellent job with explaining what emotions are to children of all ages- including adults. It is important that children learn about their emotions and what they are and not allow them to drive their life with fear and hate. The illustrations are fun and engaging to encourage children to express and work through what they are feeling with art and color.
